Our cooperation with Ericsson Nikola Tesla (Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d., started in 2016. The first request was for the position of senior Implementation / Construction Project Manager to deliver high-speed wireless data transmission LTE/4G for one of the mobile operators. 

We had to go deeply into the project and vacancy details, clarify technical particulars and job descriptions, found out the technical details of mobile communication. Before starting work, we provided the Customer salary analytics for similar positions and explained the specifics of local labor legislation. A great part of work involved agreeing terms of cooperation and business correspondence. During the whole process, we constantly maintained English-language communication with the сustomer's representatives and provided feedback.

The job description included the following requirements:

  • Higher specialized education.
  • Knowledge of wireless data transmission and related standards.
  • Excellent skills in implementation of similar projects.
  • Experience in the telecom industry 5+ years.
  • English level not lower than B2+.

The task was to find relevant candidates with experience in high-tech companies in the telecommunications industry. We contacted suitable candidates in Belarus with similar experience. Initially we used a direct, targeted search among 5-7 companies that implemented similar projects.


After that we conducted preliminary interviews with all suitable candidates. Then, the interviews with the Customer were agreed and scheduled. The short list included 3 most relevant to the requirements candidates.
In the process of final decision making, we kept in touch with the selected candidates and kept them from being poached.


As a result, one of our candidates received a job offer.
